Conference fees

IARTEM membership: 50 euros for two years, PhD students: 10 euros. Please see iartem.org/membership

The conference fee includes conference programme, two lunches, coffee breaks.

Online participants can present their paper(s), and will have access to all parallel sessions, round tables and keynotes.

In case of late payment IARTEM cannot guarantee participation in the conference.

Cancellations done before 8 May 2024 will allow full reimbursement of the fee. After that date there will be no reimbursement.

Note: It will not be possible to pay in cash before, during or after the conference.
